What inspired you to become a coach, and how has your journey shaped your approach?
I got into coaching because I personally struggled with maintaining my health while juggling a demanding career. I was always too busy, traveling, and didn't have time for the gym or complicated meal plans. That frustration led me to develop a practical, no-BS approach to health -- one that's simple, sustainable, and fits into real life.
