AteMate by Piqniq, Inc.
Last updated: July 1, 2026. Effective: July 1, 2026.
We want AteMate to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build the Service, and we keep working to improve it.
1. What We Do
We design and develop AteMate with accessibility in mind. This includes support for screen readers across most of the Application, and we aim to follow widely recognized accessibility practices, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as a guide for our ongoing work.
Accessibility is a continuing effort. Some areas may not yet be fully accessible, and we are working to close those gaps over time as we update the Service.
2. If Something Is Not Working for You
If you have trouble using any part of AteMate because of a disability, or you want to request information or a feature in a different way, please tell us. We will do our best to help and to provide the information or function you need through a reasonable alternative.
You can reach us using the Contact us button at the bottom of the page. Please describe the issue, the part of the Service where you found it, and the assistive technology you use, so we can help more quickly.
3. Feedback
Your feedback helps us improve. If you have suggestions for making AteMate more accessible, we would like to hear them using the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
