AteMate is committed to making our Service usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we design and build AteMate, and it is an ongoing priority.

1. Our Approach

We design and develop AteMate with accessibility in mind, including support for screen readers such as VoiceOver and TalkBack. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a reference for our work, and we continue to improve accessibility as we develop the Service.

2. Need Help or a Different Way to Access Something?

If you have difficulty using any part of AteMate because of a disability, or you would like information or a feature provided in a different way, please contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need through a reasonable alternative. Please describe the issue, where in the Service you encountered it, and the assistive technology you use, so we can help as quickly as possible. We aim to respond within five business days.
